米芝蓮星餐廳Wine Dinner系列 – Chateau La Fleur Morange, Grand Cru Classe

Vero Concept 將於5月23號晚上 (星期二) 舉辦米芝蓮星餐廳Wine Dinner系列的第一砲活動. 一星米芝蓮意大利菜餐廳 Ciak-In The Kitchen, 會為Chateau La Fleur Morange (St. Emilion Grand Cru Classe) 的波爾多紅酒系列精心泡制一個特別菜單. 而酒莊莊主Jean Francois Julien先生當日亦會到場, 並親自款待罕有舊年份La Fleur Morange 2003 (magnum).

莊主在2012年完成了非凡的壯舉, 將酒莊由St. Emilion 的車庫酒, 提升為Grand Cru Classe的列級地位。正牌年產量不足6000瓶。Avalone 系列以正牌的百年老藤成功複製, 以摩登風格演繹St. Emilion 的活力及 “Drink Young”概念, 獲Grand Cru 級數肯定.

Michelin Stars Restaurant Wine Dinner Series with Chateau La Fleur Morange Grand Cru Classe

On May 23rd (Monday), Vero Concept will host the debut event of Michelin Stars Restaurant Wine dinner series, featuring Chateau La Fleur Morange, St. Emilion Grand Cru Classe. 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Ciak in The Kitchen, has tailor-made an Italian menu for pairing with Bordeaux red wine series of La Fleur Morange. Mr. Jean Francois Julien, the winemaker and owner, will attend this wine dinner in person, and will serve a rare vintage of Chateau La Fleur Morange 2003 in magnum size.

The winemaker of Chateau La Fleur Morange has accomplished the extraordinary feat in 2012 of elevating this garage wine to the status of St. Emilion Grand Cru Classe.
Annual production of La Fleur Morange is less than 6,000 bottles. His other series, Avalone, which its wine are made by grapes from clones of hundred years old vines of La Fleur Morange, expresses a modern St. Emilion style that is meant to drink young with vivacity. Avalone series also achieves Grand Cru status at St. Emilion, Bordeaux.
