Not only a wine-tasting but also a charity event for Mother’s Choice!
For this most amazing Italian wine tasting ever hosted in Kong Kong, Marino Braccu, 3-Star Michelin Sommelier of 8 1/2 Bombana, has carefully selected 159 hidden gems of Italy already imported in Hong Kong to share with wine lovers in Hong Kong.
They are wines that move Marino with emotions, wines that give him an extra reason to get up in the morning… Wines that he loves to share with his customers at the restaurant and above all, wines that he loves to drink himself!
36 importers are involved in this tasting showcasing wines that Marino believes to be among the best Italy has to offer to the world today. These are wines that give tremendous pleasure value and certainly wines that have great potential for cellaring and entertain.
More than 37 wine producers are flying-in, especially for the event!
All wines will be available to buy during the event for later delivery using the wine app MyiCellar and 10% of the sales will be donated to Mother’s Choice on top of the profits generated from ticket sales.
For your tasting pleasure, a complimentary Zafferano glass will be given to each participant and canapés will be served thanks for Brightview Inalca!.
